Although the property was in Munkebo, this is actually a...
Although the property was in Munkebo, this is actually a very rural out of the way place. Most of our time was spent in other places, such as Odense, Svendborg & Copenhagen. There didn't appear to be much to see in Munkebo itself. We shopped at a local supermarket (5 minutes in either direction from our stay) or ate out in restaurants in the other places mentioned above.

Even though the hotel is located very close to a busy road, it was a very pleasant stay without overwhelming traffic noise. On the first day, the staff was very welcoming and were taking great care of the guests. I felt very welcome. The location has a great seaside view. The room was very comfortable, light, and very clean. Great bathroom and shower facilities. There was everything I needed and more.ilzelkDenmark

The rooms are at the back of the building, so you will not be bothered by any noise from the road or the inn/restaurant (there was quite a party going on while I was staying, but my room was perfectly quiet). Very good breakfast, served by friendly and attentive staff.

There are only a few rooms that overlook the fjord, so the view was the parking lot and the houses across the street. There is enough parking space. Breakfast was nice as well.
